No, you can place an order as a guest. However, if you plan to shop regularly on the Francesca Bianchi Design e-shop, we recommend creating a personal account to enjoy benefits such as: completing your purchase faster, accessing your order history, saving your details, creating a wishlist, and receiving current promotions.

You can create your account in three simple steps:

1. Click on LOGIN / REGISTER and select NEW USER.
2. Fill in the FORM with the required information and press SUBMIT.
3. Check your inbox for the registration confirmation EMAIL.

To access your account, click on My Account and enter the email address and password you chose when creating your account.

If you can’t access your account, please follow these instructions:

- Make sure the email and password you are using are the same as those chosen during registration.
- If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link and enter your email address. We will immediately send you an email to create a new one.

If you still cannot access your account, please contact our Online Shop Customer Service via the contact form.

It’s possible that you entered your email address incorrectly, which is why we couldn’t deliver the registration confirmation email. We invite you to either sign up again or contact us via the contact form.

We’re sorry, but it is not possible to delete your account on your own. You can request account deletion by contacting our Customer Service from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, at +39 393 641 7183 or via the contact form. Please remember to provide the email address you used when registering your account so we can verify that it is a legitimate request.

Starting from the Home Page, you have several options:
– by product type;
– for a gift idea;
– using search filters;
– specify one or more terms related to your search in the “Search” box and a list of products related to the searched word will appear;
– using the code of the product you are looking for and entering it in the site's search bar.

Once you have chosen the product and consulted all the information relating to the item, to proceed with the order, click on "BUY", the product will be automatically added to your cart.

Absolutely. The price shown already includes VAT.

Absolutely not. Adding a product to your cart is completely free, even if you're logged in with your personal account. To view your cart, click "Cart" and you'll find all the products you've added, which you can easily remove by clicking X.

The product image shown on our website is as faithful as possible to the actual product. The uniqueness of Francesca Bianchi Design products is that they are handcrafted and painted on the spot, so details such as the exact color or metal gradation may vary slightly.
Some products may appear slightly larger or smaller than their actual size. We recommend consulting the product sheet for exact measurements.

A "promotional code" is a discount code that allows you to take advantage of special promotions. The promotional code will be sent to you via our newsletter or SMS during specific events, anniversaries, or holidays. If you already have one, simply enter it in the appropriate field in your cart. The discount will be calculated on your order total and displayed automatically. Promotional codes cannot be combined, and only one promotional code can be used at a time.

Absolutely. Remember to fill out your billing information in your My Account. All online sales require a confirmation email, and you'll find a purchase receipt inside your order, which isn't a tax invoice.
If you need an invoice, please fill out your user details, specifying the invoice header information and VAT number for companies/tax code for individuals. You will receive an invoice for your order by email.

Occasionally, some items may be unavailable, even after an order has already been placed. In this case, the Francesca Bianchi Design e-shop will inform you of the estimated delivery times for out-of-stock items. Otherwise, the e-shop reserves the right to cancel your order and refund the amount paid to your credit card or bank account if paid by bank transfer.

Orders are processed within 48-72 business hours of payment being received and delivered on business days only (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) within 24-48 hours for Northern, Central, and Southern Italy. Orders are delivered within 48-72 hours for Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia.

If you're trying to check the status of your order and the tracking doesn't show any shipment, it means the item hasn't been shipped yet. From the time we send you the tracking code, it may take a few hours for your package to appear in the courier's systems.

Our courier DHL will deliver the order within the following days.
We recommend contacting the courier again within 24 hours of the initial delivery. Otherwise, your package will be sent to our logistics center, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the order to your address.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, stating the reason, within 14 working days of receiving the product, or a third party designated by you. If you purchase multiple products delivered separately in a single order, the date of receipt of the last product will be considered valid. The collection date indicated by the courier on the specific form required to be signed upon delivery of the goods will be considered valid.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Francesca Bianchi Design of your decision by sending an explicit statement to francesca@francescabianchidesign.com, specifying the order and the items you wish to return. Within 24 hours, you will receive the return address. Once the items are received, you will be credited to your credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer, depending on the method you used to make the purchase.
We remind you that the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you wish, you can return your purchase free of charge within 10 business days of receiving the products purchased on the site. For information on return procedures, see "How can I return or exchange a product ordered on the site?" Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs (for international deliveries, see the shipping costs table), including liability in the event of loss or damage. The products must be unworn or unused and still have their original seals intact.

Francesca Bianchi Design retailers are not authorized to accept returns or exchanges. Products purchased online can only be returned following the appropriate procedure and by completing the dedicated form.

We do not replace a product with another. Once purchased, an item cannot be exchanged for another. You will receive a refund and the option to choose a new one by placing a new order.
Please note that in the event of a return due to withdrawal (change of mind), you will be responsible for shipping costs and for any loss or damage. The products must be unworn or unused and still have their original seals intact.

To return an order placed on the site, follow these simple instructions:
1. Send an email indicating the order number you received by email and found inside the package (essential for managing the return) and the reason for the return. If possible, also leave your phone number and a preferred time slot.
2. You will receive a PDF file by email to print and attach to your package. This form also includes the phone number to contact DHL and arrange for a courier pickup for your package.
3. If possible, use the original packaging, including the jewelry, the packaging, and a copy of the purchase receipt. Always be sure to include the return form you received by email with the package.
4. Send the package to “Francesca Bianchi Design, Loc. Bagnoro 56/7 52100 Arezzo”.
Remember, you have 10 business days to request a return from Francesca Bianchi Design.

Your return will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the goods at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. In rare cases, you will be contacted for any additional information needed.

The refund will be processed within 24 hours of the return being accepted. The time it takes for the funds to be credited to your credit card or PayPal account depends on the bank.
If payment for the products was made by prepaid card or bank transfer, refunds will be made by crediting the card or current account from which the debit was originally made.

Francesca Bianchi Design jewelry and other products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. The warranty is provided by the product's purchase receipt.

The following are strictly excluded from the warranty: discoloration of the plating or color of the jewelry (especially due to the use of perfumes or detergents) resulting from wear and tear and aging of the products or jewelry. Warranty repairs must be performed by Francesca Bianchi Design. Any technical tampering performed outside of Francesca Bianchi Design will void the warranty.

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, it's important to always store it in its box when not in use. Polish gently with a soft cloth at least once a month. Avoid contact with liquids, alcohol, and perfumes, which could damage the jewelry and dull the enamel, as well as voiding the warranty. For rings and bangles, gently loosen or tighten the bracelet, especially at low temperatures, to avoid chipping the enamel.
