Return & Withdrawal Request
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience on francescabianchidesign.com. If for any reason you wish to return one or more products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.
How to start the procedure in 3 simple steps:
- Fill in the form: Enter your details, the order number (you can find it in the confirmation email) and indicate which items you wish to return.
- Confirm the withdrawal: Click the button at the bottom of the form to officially submit your request.
- Receive confirmation: We will instantly send you an automatic email with a summary of your data and the exact date/time of your request. Keep it: it is your official receipt.
What happens next?
Once the form is submitted, you will shortly receive a further email from our customer service with full instructions on how to package the products and the address to ship them to.
Please note that, to be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned intact, unused and preferably in their original packaging.
